See, God is an artist, from him comes the light
and we turn it into different shades of darkness; into color.
You can't have color if everything's washed in white.
A hot day in the sun needs the cool relief of night.
That is why life is made of darkness and light.
See, God is an artist.
Try to appreciate the whole of what he created.
Not just the scene where your face is painted.
Look at the immense scope. The awesome grandeur.
The long run, the big picture.
We all have a role, all important parts of this bigger whole
in this cosmic play being enacted across vast domains of space
and through eons of time. So what part do you play in the total picture?
Where do you fit in?
