Organizing the Body, Mind, and Soul As One

The two kinds of affirmations are not that dissimilar, it seems like night and day, but even night and day is in reality just two aspects of a full day. It's like when breathing in and out, you ask yourself which you should start first. Some people say when holding your breath for a long time you should breathe out first before getting a lungful of air. But then you have to breathe in before the first breath out, so....?
These affirmations are useful service to yourself in organizing the mind, and they work best if practiced in conjunction with other complementary services to your body and soul.

Organizing the Soul

We service the soul by allowing it freedom to express itself. The soul is spontaneous and needs to act in order to grow and evolve. An organized soul is one that has the freedom to freely explore, express, love, and follow the leadings of the spirit.
The soul cannot be organized like we organize the body or mind. We can  organize the body like we organize things in a box or in an office, arranging things in it in the right proportion and relationship. The mind can be organized like a schedule by doing things in the proper order and through a methodical process. The soul is more fluid and trying to organize it is like trying to organize a container full of water or a balloon filled with gas. It can be done, however, just as water or gas in a container can be "organized" by cooling it or by adding heat; the warmer molecules rise up, and the cooler ones go down. This is a form of organization. Likewise, the soul is organized by the effects we have on it. If we add more spiritual experiences to it, or allow it to explore and even make seeming mistakes, this changes the dynamics within the soul and organizes its attributes. Through servicing the soul by giving it freedom to follow the spirit, it organizes itself.
Conversely, the way to stifle it and disorganize it is to give in to fear, doubt, anxiety, apprehension, mistrust, envy, jealousy and other spirit poisons.

Organizing the Body, Mind, and Soul As One

The mind is the fulcrum of your unified human vehicle. This is where you make your decisions. Your mind coordinates your body and spirit. Your body should be subordinate to your mind, and your spirit has the potential to direct your mind.
Your body is satisfied with being your mind's subordinate as long as it is treated right, receiving enough nutrition, stimuli, shelter, bodily needs and other physical things that keep it relatively comfortable.
Your spirit, the fragment of God that resides within you and leads you, is satisfied in the directive role, directing your human vehicle's upward, inward and sideways movements toward realizing your full potential.
It is in your mind following the spirit's lead that your soul is created and grows in quantity and evolves in quality. The spirit leads best when your mind has faith in it and wants to go where it leads. Often the mind does not, because of fear, misunderstandings, doubt, insecurities, and other circumstances brought about by the environment and its own choices. A mind that does not believe that spirit exists is hampered but not totally bereft of the spirit's direction, as the mind will still receive subconscious suggestions from its mysterious indweller. But a mind fully conscious of the spirit and soul can actively and dynamically work together with them in achieving its Personality goals.
Your soul is empowered and is at its optimum best when your mind allows it freedom and autonomy, assuming that your soul has evolved sufficiently in quantity and quality to receive that authority from the mind. But even at the point, your mind is still actively participating with the soul's decision making, although careful not to "step on its  toes."
The mind itself must be programmed well, whether by itself or through fortunate circumstances. It must have a working knowledge of the body and awareness of its soul as well as being hospitable to the spirit. It organizes the total self the best when it is itself well organized and clear thinking.
A typically disorganized body, mind and soul is a mess:
The body wants to go its own way, increasing or decreasing its intake of nutrients to unhealthy levels, imbibing toxins, engaging in destructive practices, unheeding of the mind's will. The mind is filled with fear, doubts, misunderstandings
